Kamers tof ingericht en aangenaam. Zeer praktisch dat je de hele nacht lang kan inchecken. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The hotel was great and I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Lille. It is super close to the Eurostar station and also a short walk into town. The hotel was clean and the staff really helpful

L’hôtel a un bon emplacement en face de la gare. Ceci dit n’est pas assez facile d’accès et c’est pas mal indiqué pour rejoindre l’hôtel. Comme souvent dans les hôtels Mama Shelter, le seul vrai défaut, se trouve dans la salle de bain. Il n’y a pas assez de commodités, et le îlot de ma chambre était très faible dans la douche. Ce qui est assez pénible. Sinon tout va bien.
